Privacy policy

The short version

This website has no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no cookies of our own. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to type into the enquiry form or put in an email to us, and we use it for one thing: replying to you.

What we collect

Information you send us

If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive what you put in it — typically your name, your email address, and your message, plus a phone number and company name if you choose to add them. If you send us other personal details inside the message itself, we receive those too.

Information collected automatically

This site is served by a third‑party hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. Those logs typically contain the IP address, browser type and requested page of each visit, and are retained by the provider for a limited period. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we run no analytics product on this site.

What we do not collect

No cookies are set by this website. There is no advertising network, no social media pixel, no session recording and no cross‑site tracking of any kind.

How your enquiry reaches us

Depending on how the site is configured when you submit the form, one of two things happens:

• The form opens your own email application with the message pre‑filled, and you send it yourself. In that case nothing passes through any intermediary at all.
• Or the message is relayed to our inbox by our form delivery provider, Web3Forms, which processes it solely to deliver it to us.

Either way it ends up in our email inbox, which is hosted by our email provider.

Fonts

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means Google's servers receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads, under Google's privacy policy. No cookies are set by this, and we receive nothing from Google in return.

Why we are allowed to use it

We process what you send because you asked us to answer you, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our work and keeping the site secure. We do not use your details for marketing unless you specifically asked to be told about something — for example, if you asked us to email you when Taskido launches, in which case you get exactly that one message and can tell us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. The only parties who handle it are the service providers described above — hosting, form delivery and email — each acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox for as long as they are useful for the conversation and our own records, and are deleted after that. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information of yours we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Write to ceo@akssbusinesssolutions.com and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries reach us over encrypted connections. No system is perfect, so please do not send us passwords, financial details or identity documents through the enquiry form.

Our apps

Taskido stores your data on your own device and does not require an account. Its privacy policy is published separately at taskidoapp.com/privacy and governs the app; this policy governs the website.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in quietly.
